Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase of educational content, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must have accessed less than 20% of the purchased course or educational material. If you have completed more than 20% of the course or accessed the content extensively, we cannot process a return.

Several types of goods and services are exempt from being returned. These include:

Non-returnable items:

• Downloaded or streamed courses
• Digital books, notes, or other downloadable content
• Certificates or other formal completions issued upon course completion

To complete your return request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the content creator or instructor.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

• Course content accessed partially (up to 20%)
• Technical issues that cannot be resolved after troubleshooting
• Any content that is damaged or corrupted due to user error
